Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all repair and refinishing work carried out by Auto Body Shop Sheffield (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a repair or leaving your vehicle with us, you agree to these terms.

Estimates

All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are based on the damage visible or described at the time of assessment. If further damage is found once work has begun, we will contact you before carrying out any additional work beyond the original estimate.

Payment

Payment is due in full on collection of your vehicle. We accept cash or card. Your vehicle will not be released until payment has been received in full.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booked repair, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Vehicle Security & Insurance

Your vehicle is covered by our business insurance for the duration it is in our care, including while on our premises and during any road testing carried out as part of the repair. Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before drop-off — we cannot accept responsibility for items left inside.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of a completed repair, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.

Uncollected Vehicles

We ask that vehicles are collected promptly once we confirm the repair is complete. Please contact us if you’re unable to collect your vehicle within a reasonable time so we can make arrangements.
